The Dynamic Forces cover uses the same art as the standard cover but the Star Wars title is in gold foil.  Like the Star Wars: The Bounty Hunters - Aurra Sing Dynamic Forces exclusive, this exclusive also came out in 1999 and is also limited to 4,000 copies.  It has traditionally not been a hard comic to find for sale on eBay at a reasonable price.
