Star Wars: Purge - Seconds to Die

In Darth Vader (2017) #10, the Jedi librarian, Jocasta Nu, is killed by Darth Vader.  The story that ultimately leads to her demise is told in a 4-part story The Dying Light, which begins in Darth Vader (2017) #7.  In the Expanded Universe, Jocasta Nu also dies, but it is Anakin Skywalker who kills her when he leads the 501st Legion's attack on the Jedi Temple when he also slaughters the Younglings.  Her demise is shown in the Star Wars: Purge - Seconds to Die one-shot.

Purge - Seconds to Die tell the tragic story of Sha Koon, niece of Jedi Master Plo Koon.  Jedi Knight Sha Koon is given a Padawan, Baylis Archan, who dies in a battle on the planet Giju during the Clone Wars.  After the battle, she refuses to return to the war, so Plo Koon asks her to discover the identity of the Sith Lord by utilizing the Jedi Archives.  While she is doing research in the Jedi Library, Order 66 is carried out and Anakin Skywalker leads the assault on the Jedi Temple.  As she is fleeing the Temple, she witnesses Anakin killing Jocasta Nu.  Later, she contacts Palpatine from the levels below the Temple.  She explains she knows who he is and will kill his current apprentice and take his place.  Of course, Sidious knows this is a ruse, but sends Darth Vader to confront Sha Koon.  Sha uses some tricks to try to stop Vader, but ultimate he strikes her down with his lightsaber.  As Sha Koon dies, she has a vision of Skywalker's children and specifically Luke Skywalker, a Jedi, confronting the Emperor in his throne room.  She also sees Vader's turn on his master.  On the final page, Darth Vader tells Emperor Palpatine Sha died at peace and they both are puzzled by this.  The Emperor tells Vader it doesn't matter since he foresees them ruling the Galaxy forever and Vader says he shares the same vision.
